Using V Actions
You may use V Actions for lawful personal purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You are responsible for the actions, app selections, and settings you create, and for keeping your device and Apple account secure.

These supplemental terms govern your use of V Actions and its website. The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Focus protection
Screen Time protection is a self-directed productivity aid, not an emergency, safety, medical, or parental-control service. Apple system behavior, permissions, and device settings may affect availability. Always preserve access to essential communication and services.
V Actions Pro
Pro is offered through auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Prices and trial eligibility are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account, and subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Restore Purchase can recover an eligible entitlement.
Trials, V Coins, and features
Free trials are limited to eligible users under Apple’s rules. V Coins are an in-app recovery allowance with no cash value, cannot be transferred or purchased for cash, and may be subject to reasonable limits. Features, trials, and coin grants may change as the product develops, without removing access already required by applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for the text and choices you enter. V Actions, its design, software, name, icon, and brand materials remain owned by their respective rights holder. Media-kit assets may be used for accurate editorial coverage of V Actions but may not imply endorsement or be altered in a misleading way.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use V Actions to violate another person’s rights. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimers and responsibility
V Actions is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It does not guarantee productivity, uninterrupted service, data recovery, or a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and contact
You may stop using V Actions at any time and manage subscriptions through Apple. Access may be limited for material misuse or violation of these terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to vincent@vcstudio.app.
