V Actions is designed to keep the details of your day private. This policy explains what the app and website process, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.
Last updated August 10, 2026Daily plans, task titles, completion history, V Coin activity, and personal settings are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, private records may be mirrored to your private CloudKit database so they can remain available across your Apple devices.
App selections and Screen Time reports are handled through Apple’s Screen Time frameworks. V Actions uses this information only to provide the focus-protection features you request. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Apple processes subscription payments. RevenueCat receives an app customer identifier, product and transaction information, entitlement status, and technical diagnostics needed to activate, manage, and restore V Actions Pro. V Actions does not receive your full payment-card details.
If you enable analytics, V Actions may send coarse feature-use events. Task text, Screen Time selections, nickname, V Number, iCloud identity, and exact rank are excluded. Global Rank is opt-in and publishes only the profile and aggregate progress you choose to share.
When you join the website waitlist, we store the email address you submit, your selected language, the website as the source, and the submission time. We use this only for V Actions launch communication and do not sell it.
You can disable analytics, leave Global Rank, and reset local app data from Profile. Private iCloud records remain under your Apple account controls. You may request access to or deletion of waitlist and service data by emailing vincent@vcstudio.app.
V Actions relies on Apple services for iCloud, Screen Time, and payments; RevenueCat for subscription status; and Firebase for the website waitlist. We may update this policy as the product changes and will revise the date shown above when we do.
